Our Premium Pool Service Plan provides very extensive weekly service to Miami Florida pool owners. Pool owners on this Premium Plan are visited each week by an experienced and insured Miami pool specialist.

Customers wanting to save a little bit each month can consider our Regular Pool Service Plan if you don't mind doing a few regular tasks. Join this Premium Plan to have one of our Miami pool service techs visit your home every week to complete the list of duties below.

Our Responsibilities

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae. See our No Algae Guarantee.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We net your pool.

We analyze your pool water and apply the proper chemicals and minerals to keep your water in excellent condition.

We verify your pool cleaner operation.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

We check your pool equipment.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We vacuum your pool.

We brush your pool (walls, tiles, steps).

Your Responsibilities

Report to us any findings of swimming pool issues.

Keep the pool equipment working and approve repairs when required.

Maintain proper water level.

Notes

Monthly price based on a four week billing period.

Stabilizer treatments quarterly.

There could be extra startup charges for initial cleaning & treatment.

We offer twice a month pool service in Miami from late Fall to Spring each year.

Quarterly Stabilizer Treatments

Seasonal filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are compulsory for most pools in Florida. A few times per year our company needs to perform a filter cleaning with acid, boost the stabilizer and remove phosphates. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for those on a weekly plan.
